The Mosque & Islamic Centre of Brent
The Mosque & Islamic Centre of Brent has a large amount of community work that goes on through this institution. The management at the mosque always strive to benefit the local community be, muslim & non-muslim alike. The MICB has teamed up with a local charity organisation called ‘Rumis Cave’ to form Rumis Kitchen. Rumis kitchen provides free hot meals to the local community via the mosque’s platform, served and cooked on site. This is done every Sunday afternoon. The aim is to cater for the homeless however all are welcome.
