Mevlana Rumi Mosque has had many innovative initiatives such as providing cookery clubs to both men and women as a way to teach their community important life skills and understand new cultures. Another project that Mevlana Rumi Mosque has undergone to cater for the elderly community is by providing them with a freecycle session on the weekend where they worked alongside a third-party organization to provide this service.The Mosque has offered a range of community activities for all facets of society from a free breakfast club on Tuesday morning for the elderly and running many engaging sports classes to younger individuals.
