Iqra Leaning Centre (ILC) is situated at West Hurlet House, Glasgow. Historically significant as it was built in 1837 by the Earl of Glasgow, it was also later used as a Christian Teaching College called the Nazarene College from 1950.

ILC is an establishment that aims to accommodate the needs of the people it seeks to serve by being the focal point in their lives as a self-sustainable community hub. With education and community central to the mosque’s ethos, the mosque is devoted to being a centre of knowledge and creating an environment to help people of all cultures and ages – especially the youth as they represent the future – flourish in personal skills, confidence building, community interaction and development as well as health and fitness.
