Since its inception in 2004, Dawatal Islam has continually served the Muslim community in Soothill, Batley.

Through offering daily prayers and a wide range of services, they have established strong ties with residents and have strived to be of benefit to the wider areas of Batley, including women and girls, for whom a range of initiatives are available such as:

  • Fortnightly yoga class
  • Mental health sessions
  • Drugs support for families
  • Female-only fundays
  • Practial Salah workshop
  • Deeni Circle for sisters
