East London Mosque delivers New Muslim Services under the name, Discover One. We look to support those who have entered Islam by providing educational and social services throughout the week helping individuals discover the 'oneness' of Allah along with other foundational tenets of Islam that will pave the way for life's journey as a New Muslim. At its core, Discover One is facilitated by new Muslims for new Muslims creating safe space environment at East London Mosque.

Our educational services include the 'Short Introduction to Islam' series which delves deeper into Islamic law, theology and spirituality. In addition, Discover One provides mentorship opportunities to connect new Muslims with other reverts to help establish a supportive community.

During the month of Ramadan there are communal iftars where new Muslims can break their fast together connecting with old and new friends. The mosque also organises events for both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha to celebrate such wonderful occasions.
