In December 2020, Faith Associates through its Beacon Mosque Project held its 3rd annual British Beacon Mosque Awards. The Beacon Mosque Awards are the 1st Mosque Awards Ceremony in the world, and have been attended by over 350 Mosque leaders in 2018 and 2019. This year the Beacon Mosque Awards was held online, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have a dedicated Judges Panel to help select the winners of the Beacon Mosque Awards. Our panel have a vast amount of various experiences that help provide a balanced and different perspective and opinions on help select the winners. The judges will be assessing evidence of work from the Mosque through the website, social media, press as well as looking at the voting numbers to see the public view.
